  2. Is the equipment used by Spectrum Laboratories are calibrated?
    Yes, most of our laboratories’ equipment are calibrated. For the full list of equipment used by Spectrum, you can find it at our Facilities section in this website.

  3. How to ask for quotation?
    Our client can ask for the quotation by placing the enquiry at Contact Us or directly write us an email for further enquiry. Our customer service and sales support will reach and assist your enquiry as soon as possible.

  4. How about the date of monitoring services?
    Our team will arrange the monitoring date as soon as possible based on the availability of our technician. Our technician support will contact the person in-charge to inform the confirmation date of monitoring before conducting the site monitoring.

  5. How long does the full report can be received by our company after the monitoring?
    Based on the type of monitoring. Our team will inform the person in-charge once the report is ready.

  6. Do Spectrum Laboratories will hand out the hard copy of monitoring report to Department of Environment (DOE) and Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH)?
    Yes. Our team will submit a hard copy of the report to DOE / DOSH and another hard copy to our client.

  1. What is COD water quality?
    The chemical demand for oxygen (COD) is an indicator of the quality of water and waste water. The COD test is also used to track the performance of water treatment plants. COD is the amount of oxygen consumed by inorganic end products to chemically oxidize organic water pollutants.

  2. Why do we do COD test?
    An measure of the quality of water and waste water is the chemical demand for oxygen (COD). The COD test is also used to track water treatment plant output. This test is based on the fact that, under acidic conditions, a strong oxidizing agent can absolutely oxidize almost any organic compound into carbon dioxide.

  3. How many tubes are in my package?
    There will be 150 tubes per box include with 20 mL standard solution ( upon customer request).

  4. How to confirm product quality before placing orders?
    After production, the products are undergoes Quality Control (QC) Testing and the result will be published on the Certificate of Analysis (COA).
